Working on SU versions created by 2018 version , I am working 2022 SU

HI,

I have received a SKP model created in 2018.
I am using 2022 and uploaded, made some changes and “saved as 2018 model” saved as 2020 version) and now and shared the model back with original user.

They keep getting the below error msg when they tried to import model
THIS FILE WAS CREATED IN A NEWER VERSION OF SU
YOU HAVE VERSION 20.2.171
YOU NEED VERSION 22.0.034

Does anyone have any suggestions or reasons why the original creator of the model can download.
