Windows command processor, pop up

I have a pop up virus named “windows command processor” it pops up every 6 min or so. I deleted sketchup many times and re downloaded it from sketchups real site. it keeps coming back! only happens in sketchup!

is it attached to one of my projects? do I have to delete all my work that saved in hard drive?

What is the message in the pop up? If it’s a virus you should run a full scan on your computer and clean it. Alternatively, have you tried running SketchUp as an administrator and seeing if the pop-up comes again?
