Windows 10 Blank Screen

Good luck. Keep in mind there’s been no change in SketchUp 2021 for months and since it did workfor you before, if there’s a bug, it’s not in SketchUp.

Problem Solved. I don’t know how this occurred, but here’s what I found. Maybe someone can tell me what happened so it can be avoided in the future.

As I showed earlier, the task bar icon at the bottom of the screen indicated the model was blank and it would not display. However, when the task bar dropped down, out of the way, there was a thin (about 1/8") white line at the bottom of the screen. When I moused over it, the cursor changed to a ‘resize’ icon. Double clicking restored the display and now everything works. Go figure.

Does this mean your SketchUp window was slid down mostly off screen?

At least it’s working now.

I guess you can remove ‘bug’ from the keywords for this thread.

Just for future reference, right click on this pop up and choose Maximize or Move to be able to move it.
