Why some spheres shows reversed faces?

I repeat the process and sometimes it shows reversed faces and sometimes don’t

Does anyone know what rule sketchup follows?

Reverse Face Always?

The surfaces I draw for the first time are always drawn in reverse. I always have to reverse it. Are there any settings? [image]

Thanks @ecati for letting me know I’m probably doing nothing wrong.

I understood there can be an explanation based on a possible use of push/pull tool after the first draw but not sure about other explanations more complex that people gave.

Still not sure why sometimes they’re ok, sometimes they not.

I understand that this is.related to the direction of the folow me operation in relation to the profile, so with a closed path the direction you drag when drawing the circle, or where you click when selecting it might be the determining factor.
