I’ve seen similar. I think it’s the wrong web page or something related to them reorganizing their system. Off the top of my head, I can’t remember the best way to get to the right page.
Was at the latter, it is not populating any payment history, and the former is telling me I have no SketchUp products, which I do… Checked and the accounts.trimble.com does show my SketchUp products. Not confusing at all lol.
