Why is there no payment history in my Trimble profile, I do buy from Trimble

Exactly the title. It’s tax time and I went to look for my payment history. I have definitely paid Trimble so what gives here?

I checked the Admin console as suggested and there is nothing under order history.

Contacting support gets me an AI help page which is useless. Any suggestions?

I’ve seen similar. I think it’s the wrong web page or something related to them reorganizing their system. Off the top of my head, I can’t remember the best way to get to the right page.

I think the page with ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account as the root is wrong, and the one with accounts.trimble.com is correct?

Was at the latter, it is not populating any payment history, and the former is telling me I have no SketchUp products, which I do… :man_shrugging: Checked and the accounts.trimble.com does show my SketchUp products. Not confusing at all lol.
