so I decided to press not to recover my sketchup file as the file is already save in a later time… but why now i cant open it as if my file is corruped? is there anyone that could help me asap? i cant seem to contact support too as it is undermaintanence.. anyone can help me?
i did the skb to skp still didnt work
i put my file on my usb drive so idk what to do…
This might be the cause of the file corruption. That’s happened to others.
Are you still using SketchUp 2021? Is it a cr acked version of SketchUp?
You could share the .skp and .skb files so we can take a look and possibly help you with them. If you don’t share them there’s definitely nothing we can do for you.
