Our school district has been using SketchUp for EDU web for some time. Looks like our domain needs to be whitelisted again.

Hi @eaklosterman, thanks for the post. I can confirm that you are still in the database so you should be good to go as far as I can tell. Can you share a screenshot of the error you are seeing or describe the error? Also if you can open the developer mode console and share a screenshot of that when you get the error I may be able to gather some additional information from that as well. Finally, are you using Google or Microsoft to deploy the app?
Once I have some of the info I am asking for I can start troubleshooting right away.
Being the Google of our district, I made sure everything on the Google side was allowed and turned on for SketchUp. This is still the case, during the first initial setup, users need to make sure they select all on the apps pictured below before SketchUp will finish its setup for the user. SketchUp needs permissions and all. I created a guide for our users to follow along in the process.
Hi again @eaklosterman, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I still need to know what error message you are getting before I can make any recommendations on what to try in order to get you up and running again. Can you please let me know that information?
I was not getting any error messages during the sign-in process. Because I failed to allow SketchUp access to Google Drive and Classroom, the sign-in process would go back to the beginning.
