Hi @billharrison, thanks for the post and sorry for the delay in my reply. As Colin mentioned, last week was busy for me and I must have missed this thread in my rush to get everything done. I’ll go ahead and get your domain added right now and by the time this post is live, you will be all set to go.

@CaseyG thank you for your help. I just tried to launch it and it’s still asking if I am in the right place. Maybe I am trying too soon. Let me know if there is something else I have to do.
Hi @billharrison, thanks for the post. I can confirm that everything was added correctly on our end and that the servers are working so you should have access if you deployed the app correctly. It is easy to miss a step though. My first recommendation would be to make sure that the app was deployed via a super admin and that all steps were followed correctly. I can link you to a video that outlines the deployment process if you would like, just to make sure you didn’t miss anything. Just let me know.
