Where do components get saved to?

Hey there,
So I’ve just made a component, out of a solid group and I’ve got a couple of questions:

-Where did it save to?
-&Where can I access it from?

Until you use the option to Save As on it it remains simply in the model and is accessible from the Component dialog.

You can also create a component collection via the dialog which give you a specific folder to drop components into and open them in other models.
