When will I receive licenses?

I buy two sketchup licenses with cost 1390 dollars. License fees are deducted from credit cards by pre-authorization in July 31st. But I didn’t receive the license yet. Can you help to check the status of the order?

I log in with google account jeffrey.zksun@gmail.com. In the order form, I input the end user email with sunzhongkui@juran.com.cn and the bill email with jeffrey.zksun@gmail.com.

When I contacted them,each time I received case Number as below :

If bought directly from SketchUp, you should have received serial and authorisation email (almost) immediately.

It might be this email was ‘filtered’
