When i want to load a file in sketchup 2025 the program automaticly shuts down

hi, i installed Sketchup 2025. when i try to open a file the program closes automaticly.

i have a Lenovo - Legion 7i 16" Gaming Laptop WQXGA - Intel 14th Gen Core i9 with 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 8GB - 1TB SSD. I installed it several times. ( prior i erased every trace of the download) . i dont know what is wrong. this is suppose to be a powerful computer to run sketchup 2025 in windows. Could anyone help me ?

When you installed it did you do so correctly? That requires right clicking on the downloaded installer and selecting Run as administrator.

Go to the nVidia site to get and install the current drivers for your graphics card.

Please correct your forum profile. “2025” is not an operating system.
