When I open a layout file in Windows 11 it shows the pixalized textures and in Windows 10 the textures are in good quality
it’s because you’re using the free plan of 2024. it doesn’t open textures in windows 11

You need to give us more information. Share the LO file so we can see what you are looking at.
What version of SketchUp and LayOut are you really using? You put Free Plan in your forum profile but there is no such thing that includes LayOut.

in the document preferences, check the render options.
could it be that in win10 you used high and in win11 it defaulted back to medium ?
do the exports actually change between windows versions?
