What to do when account is locked?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I can’t find one more suitable. I use SU Pro 2017 on a Mac. I went to download some cool looking extensions and was asked to log into my SU account. Can’t remember having done this before as all my current extensions have come from Sketchucation. Was informed that my account is locked and to contact Administrator. So far as I am aware, I am the Admin and have no idea. I have re-set the password, but same response. Any ideas please?

I think that means the administrator of the site where you were downloaded from, not the administrator of your computer

Then that would be Sketchup / Trimble asking me to contact Sketchup / Trimble?

Can you reset your password when logging in (or going to login.sketchup.com manually)?
