It isn’t anything to do with SketchUp. If you do a Google search for Karijini National Park you’ll see that the knowledge graph image also has that blue dot. Not sure which web site the image is taken from.

That is a SketchUp dynamic component which has the ability to create a matrix of itself and appear in different geo-locations.
