to be honest, I think the Layout API was added in the 2020 version and then removed. Here someone shows a lot of layout plugins. An interesting base, especially since it can be used in the 2021 version

Shift Z zooms to extents in both SU AND LAYOUT. The 2 keys are adjacent.
