Just paid to renew. Downloaded and installed the program. but when I click the sketchup icon, it launches the Welcome to Sketchup page which asks me to sign in. The link is unresponsive. the “Launch Browser Again” does nothing. what gives here?
I received the email from Trimble with my “successful” registration information - why can’t I be allowed in automatically??
