Welcome Screen SketchUp 2024 is Blank

I was using SketchUp 2024 just fine. Few days ago it prompted me for an update of the version, which I downloaded and installed. After signing in, I get a blank welcome screen (see image below). Same thing is with SketchUp 2023.

I installed SketchUp 2025 and it works fine, but the Enscape toolbar is missing from there which I need.

Things I tried for version 2024:

  • Re-downloading and re-installing
  • Repairing
  • Deleting cache (WebCache folder) from AppData
  • Updating Graphics Driver
  • Bypassing the Welcome Screen (unsuccessful)
  • Disabling Hardware Acceleration - adding the ‘–disable-gpu’ flag in the Target field

Using:

  • Windows 10
  • AMD Radeon TM Graphics
  • Free Trial SketchUp
  • Enscape 4.1.1.35

Any help is appreciated. It doesn’t matter if it’s fixing the 2024 version or getting the 2025 version to work with Enscape.

WHY? What would this possibly have to do with being able to sign in?

FTR, SketchUp has required a GPU with hardware acceleration since the 2017 release:

By the way, none of the versions shown in your profile support a classic license.

And, … what is a “Radeon TM” ?
