Warping a Curve

Here’s an interesting problem…
I’ve got this decorative wall, a group in the shape of a curve. (the green group in the skp)

The curve is wrong and should be more like the orange group. (The bottom half is wider in the direction of the arrows.)

I usually use native tools, but the scale tool is no help. I need to make the curve wider at the bottom only. Is there an extension that will warp my group the way I want?

You could try Box Tapering from FredoScale but be aware it will likely distort geometry you don’t want distorted. Seems to me that redoing it and modeling it correctly would make more sense and ultimately result in a better model.
