I would like to hire an experience draftsman. Someone that is very experienced so they can quickly draft projects, put some on them into 3D and also do simple overlays onto pictures, I will attach a small solar project I currently need done. If things work out there is an opportunity to design about 5 upper in model homes with about 5 elevations each. All homes will probably be single story and 2800 to 5000 sq. ft. They will probably be net zero energy use solar homes.
