The walk tool is not active in my model. ALso, when I place the camera position, it cuts a section instead of placing the camera. I cannot present my model without the walk and camera tool.
As a guess Iād say you have your camera set to Parallel Projection, change it to Perspective and see if that fixes things.

The other thing to be careful of in that sense is the Camera Field of View, people often wind it in or out without realising, the default is 35 or 30 I think depending on your version, if you hit the Magnifying glass or z and the measurement box says a small or large number you should adjust it.
