i have an issue regarding my rendering, whenever i put some model to my scene and start to render it, the rendering screen turns to all gray
I would suspect the problem is related to deficient graphics hardware. You profile mentions having an Intel(R) HD Graphic 530. Renderers are quite demanding and tend to require dedicated graphics card, which include it own, dedicated onboard RAM. Integrated graphics chipsets share the system RAM with the CPU.
Have you checked the Vray forum and support?
yes, i think my graphic hardware is still low to render this much project. well i guess i have to do some tricks to finish this project. thank you for your response
