Why I want to render my bulding i can see only one floor of the bulding?

you must have a vray infinite plane on, which sketchup version are you using ?
your profile info is wrong. If you are using sketchup 2020 or 2021 look for infinite plane in the outliner and delete it,
otherwise, in the vray asset editor, go to the geometry tab and delete infinite plane
