Vray mesh to normal geometry

Hi, I’m Raul Cabral.
So, I’m having a hard time to explode a Vray mesh into a normal geometry with materials applied. To be specific I need to modify the mesh geometry.

As you see in this image, I need to cut the man’s feet, that is out of the car.
There’s anyone here that can help me?

The VRay model is a proxy, no?
I don’t believe you can edit the geometry in them.

@bmike is right…the actual geometry is being loaded outside of SketchUp and cannot be edited directly. Try using a section plane instead to ‘clip’ his feet out. Be sure to group the plane and person together so that the section only affects him and not the whole model

You gotta be quick around here! JK but I had never tried this and figured it should work so was pleased to see it had.
