# Vray crashes with interactive rendering cpu+gpu

hi,  
when i set cuda with Cpu+Gpu and i try interactive rendering, sketchup crashes.  
this is the exception:

Which version of V-Ray? V-ray5 does not support Windows 7  
Does it work with CPU rendering, and without the interactive option?  
Do you get the BugSplat window, and have you added your e-mail and sent them in?

hi,  
i’m using vray 5.it’s working on win 7.  
i can use interactive rendering without problem with cpu, with cuda (gpu), but not not together.  
BugSplat doesn’t appear, sketchup crashes and close everything and when start nothing.

According to the V-ray documentation, as said, V-ray requires Windows 8.1 or newer. This might be a reason why this happens. Maybe you have to do with “don’t do that, then”, as other render modes do work, and if you don’t want to try updating your OS.

Also check that you are using the latest version of V-ray 5. There was a maintenance update just some days ago.

on windows 7, with last versione (5.10.4) now is working fine!
