# Vray bad quality

Hello, no matter how hard I try my renders still come out pretty blurry. Is there something I can do to fix?

I would recommend bringing the ‘Quality’ slider down to medium and bump your output resolution (in ‘render output’) up to min 1080p. Even better is 2K (2560 x 1440) min pixels. It’s a balance between quality and output size - each will increase render time so adjust as needed based on your computer’s power/speed.

Another thing to look at is ‘Denoiser’. Denoiser softens or blurs the noisy pixels. You can adjust its strength in the Frame Buffer at any time after rendering completes.

Here is a side by side of Denoiser at full strength on the left and reduced to 50% (0.50) on the right. Notice the subtle planting texture comes back when Denoiser is reduced.
