Hello, a week ago I bought the vms-up extension. When I installed it and reopened the SU, before it opened, it just popped up a bug and closed. I deleted the extension from the plugins folder and the program worked normally. I sent 4 emails to the company to solve the problem and they still haven’t answered me and they probably ignore me, I don’t know why. Can any of you help me fix the problem? Regards Kostas

I looked at your bugsplats, and for you they do seem to happen while vms is being loaded. For other people with a similar crashes, many are using Lumion.

Hi Thank you for your reply I have solved the problem , it was the 2026 ver I reinstall the 2025 ver and everything it’s ok
