Verification Code Message Not My Email

I got this screen when I tried to log in this morning but it is not my email and I haven’t received any code on my email. What can I do to log in?

Did you try clicking on “Resend code”?

Also check in your email’s Spam folder.

My spam folder is empty. I tried the “Resend code” option to no avail. The email that my account uses in not an active account. I discontinued it when it got clogged and I could not open it (the old gmail account.) @Colin helped me a long time ago and put my current active email on this forum but my old email to Sketch Up wasn’t changed by Support. But the account that is shown on the screenshot isn’t even one of these two emails. I don’t recognize it at all. This is just wierd. :thinking:

Did you type in the correct email address when you tried to sign in?

The first time I think I fat fingered a wrong one but every time I re-try with the correct one I get the message in the screenshot.

Since the email on that page must be filled in when the page is generated, it was what the server thinks you used on the prior page of the login. If that’s not true, it suggests there is a back-end error on Trimble’s server.

I signed in to the old clogged account and was able to get a verification code and sign into Sketch Up.
