How do I use the eye dropper in Pro 2016?
Are there any tutorials? I click on it and get a magnifying lens.
You didn’t fill in your profile and don’t describe your system in your post, but from the behavior you describe I am guessing you are on a Mac. On Mac the eyedropper symbol near the color array at the bottom of the Materials window activates a pixel color sampler. It has a magnifying effect so that you can see the exact pixel you are sampling when you click. If you want instead to sample a material, activate the paint bucket tool and hold down the command key while you click on the material you want to sample.
