Hi @gjintula, thanks for the post. Without more information I can’t say for sure what the issue is but generally, there are a few things you can try to see if they help.
First up, make sure you deployed the app correctly for any domain or domains you are trying to access SketchUp on. Different domains will all require their own deployment to make sure that everything is working correctly.
After that, make sure that you have enabled popups and third party cookies for our site as they are all required for the login process to resolve and for the app to load.
Also, In Google’s privacy settings, under the “Additional permissions” tab, make sure that Third-party sign-in has been enabled. Without this you will be unable to use the Google or Microsoft sign-in options provided by the app.
After you have done all of that, go ahead and try logging in again and see if that allows the app to load. If you get another error message, let me know and I can try and figure out what to do next.
