A minor change would improve icon usability. The same color yellow-orange is used for the Tape icon and the Paint icon which are only one icon apart. For a user in a hurry a selection mistake is easy to make., Please use distinct colors for each of these icons.
A user in a hurry would quickly learn to use shortcut keys, rendering the issue academic.

They are on the Getting Started toolbar. You could use keyboard shortcuts instead of the tool bar or use the Large Toolset. There’s a great distance between the two. Or you could create a custom toolbar and place them at opposite ends if you like. Several options at your disposal.

It seems to me that a “Getting Started” toolbar is where usability would
be most important.
