Hi! I would need urgent support as my license seems to have a problem and i need continue working on a project for a client. Where am i able to call somebody of the support team?
The Problem is that, always i want to open a skp file, it says that i need to authorize sketchup as it seems that sketchup is used on too many computers but i´m using SU just on a single computer like always! Please help me out urgently.
Each version of SketchUp that you have signed in on will count as a new sign in. If you still have 2019 and 2020 on your computer, open them briefly and Sign Out. Then 2021 should sign in without having to deauthorize all devices.
