Is there a specific workflow for uploading LCs to 3DWH? When I upload them through the browser or SU, they aren’t shown as LC’s (i.e. the configure button is missing). Here’s my example:
Looks like this feature (I mean, publish to 3DWH as Live Component) isn’t enabled for “mortals” yet. 
Meanwhile, downloaded and opened your model in the desktop version, and the Live features working for me…

Publish is planned, but not yet available at this point in the beta.
As Dezmo noted, uploaded/downloaded content is still an LC once it is inserted into SketchUp.
