I try to use 3D Warehouse, but it request me to do an update.
Once I launch the process, The Sketchup app update, it told me that the app will be closed to do the update. I am waiting a long time for the process after closing but nothing happen.

The message is telling YOU to update SketchUp. It is not doing any updates that you should wait for.
The 3D Warehouse supports the current and previous two versions of SketchUp. At this point in time that would be SketchUp 2026, 2025, and 2024. SketchUp 2023 is no longer supported. Your profile says you have a Pro subscription so you can and should update to the current version of SketchUp at no charge. If you are using a cr acked version of SketchUp, purchase a legitimate subscription and install SketchUp 2026.
Thank you DaveR for your reply.
In fact the message come when I launch the process through the dialog (sorry it’s in french):
As you said, I have a legitimate subscription. I already download the 2026 version:

Should I remove Sketchup 2023 before installing 2026 version ?
If you’ve downloaded it, shut down your computer and reboot it. Then right click on the downloaded installer that you show in your last screenshot. Choose Run as administrator and let it run.
You should not need to remove SketchUp 2023 before installing 2026.
Please correct your forum profile when you have SketchUp 2026 installed.
Thank you for your help. It started as expected:
But during the process: I met this error message :
And the update process was interrupted.
It seems that message come because you have not enough space on you hard drive. I let first 6 GB but it seems it is not enough. Then I let 28 GB, and it was good. I don’t know how much is really necessary but I let this message to help the next who needs.
Thank you for your help
