Hi all. Trying to update PRO. Can anyone point me in the right direction of what to do re this message… Never had before?
Ctrl+Alt+Del. Select the Task Manager. Find COM Surrogate, right click on it, choose End Task.
Or cancel the installation. Shut down your computer entirely. Restart it. Then run the installer. Make sure you right click on the installer and choose Run as administrator.
