Pardon a guy getting a bit emotional today. I just wanted to take a moment to let you all know how much I appreciate you. Whether you’re currently loving or hating SketchUp. Whether you’re suffering under any of the world or national crises. I appreciate your existence here in our community, sharing your frustrations or helping others with theirs. The world is a kind of messed up place at the moment and because of that we’re all a bit more stressed and a bit more uncertain.
It’s so easy to forget that there is a human with a heartbeat on the other side these usernames and it’s equally easy to then dismiss those faceless names as being crazy, stupid, malicious or unfeeling. We’re all in this together, regardless of our beliefs and a community as rich as this one really reminds me of the humanity out there. Thanks everyone for being awesome, thanks also for when you’re not awesome… it happens to us all.
