Hello,

After moving plant model from Chaos group and saving after that, I got bugsplat and I cannot backup it from skb because it shows the same error…

Is there any way to open it?

It opens fine in SketchUp 2024. You could install 2024. Since you have a Pro subscription you can update at no charge.
