Where have you been saving the file while working on it? Is it a cr acked version of SketchUp? What operating system and graphics card? “2024” doesn’t answer either of those questions.
There’s a bad material in your model but SKetchUp 2026 will open the file. Best thing to do is upgrade to the current version. Then you’ll be able to open the file. This is what I see in SU2026.
By the way, it wouldn’t hurt to keep your model clean as you go. I did my usual cleanup. Fixed incorrect tag usage, purged unused, and reduced the excessively large textures.
More could be done to streamline your file.
