- Quit SketchUp
- Clear C:\Users\Your_User_Name\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2016\SketchUp\cookiejar.xml
- Open IE. Clear Cookies and cache data.
- Restart SketchUp, and click the login button lower left window (tool tip is “not logged in”).
- Login. If it fails, retry. If you get Authentication Error again, repeat steps 3-5
