Unable to Sign-in to Extension Warehouse

  1. Quit SketchUp
  2. Clear C:\Users\Your_User_Name\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2016\SketchUp\cookiejar.xml
  3. Open IE. Clear Cookies and cache data.
  4. Restart SketchUp, and click the login button lower left window (tool tip is “not logged in”).
  5. Login. If it fails, retry. If you get Authentication Error again, repeat steps 3-5
