Unable to retrieve your data

I’ve been using free Sketchup for years. Today. I get the “Unable to retrieve your data” message when I try to open any file. How do I get my stuff back?

Same… Using Sketchup Web for last 2 years with Sketchup Go (app and web paid version)

Now can’t access my Trimble storage this morning!

I’m having the same problem today when trying to log in to Trimble Connect. SketchUp itself works, but I’m unable to open the folder in Trimble Connect where my projects from the last few days are stored. European server.

Did notice this on the top of the technical support page… Wondering if something is still down.

There is apparently a massive AWS outage right now.

I wouldn’t be surprised it this impacts part of trimble’s ecosystem as well.

Yeah, so a quick poke at the code, Sketchup uses Cloudfront (and Amplitude) in their websites.

Cloudfront is an Amazon Web Service. and AWS it burning right now.
not much can be done right now. Here in france I’m getting connexion, but I had to re-log in twice in an hour, so not sure whether my server is fine or anything.

Most of the underlying systems are now recovered and I can now access SketchUp for Web models fine.

Is this resolved for everybody now please?
