Hello,
I got a new laptop and tried to download the sketchup 2024. I logged into trimble and it says i’m signed in but when i click to my profile it is giving me the below statement as if login failed.
I tried to install and uninstall, husband checked pop ups, firewall…. All in place.
When i try to open sketchup2024 from desktop and start the model , dashboard looks like sketchup classical license…
2 hours of countless attempts,
I believe problem is the “failed login” even though it says i’m signed in
Please help
