# Unable to install SketchUp Pro 2017

@CHERYLC, okay this is a separate issue with your Intel graphics driver.

Basically, the OpenGL library of your Intel HD Graphics driver suite is crashing SketchUp 2017 upon startup.

From the WER report you posted:

> `Fault Module Name: ig7icd64.dll`
> 
> `Fault Module Version:	10.18.10.3355`

**You need to find version `10.18.10.4061` (or later) if you can.**  
This is the earliest version I could get to run SketchUp 2017, during my testing.
