Ugly Follow me lines (exploded arc?)

I have been modeling some conduit (1.25" tubes) and have been successful up to now drawing lines and using follow me but on the current segment it now showing the lines (because its not an actual circle) but before it was working fine!

I looked through some exploded arc posts but wasn’t sure if that is my issue or how solve

You can select the tubes and use the slider on the Soften/Smooth tray to soften them

It shouldn’t affect the soften option, but your faces seem to be reversed.
