Tuna’s Trash

Been awhile…. Dug up an unfinished practice model. Finished it up and ran a render. Model loosely based on an old photo. :sunglasses:

Revisited the first sofa I modeled a very long time ago. Fixed some mistakes I made back then. Imagine that  SubD for all sofa parts except the leg bases. You walk a fine line with getting acceptable detail but not blow up the file size were the model becomes hard to handle. :sunglasses:

Very very nice.

Thank you Mr Dave.

Another render from back in the past. The recent thread about SU’s credibility inspired me to post this. Indeed I think SU is quite capable.
Concept model for a private museum/aquarium project I worked on.

Love the posters.

I love them too but aren’t they a bit anachronistic if this is an upper-middle class living room from something like 1965?

Well, 20,000 Leagues was 1954, but Goldfinger was 1964.

RTcool, Anssi, thanks for the positive words gentlemen. Only comment I’ll make is it’s what was known in the day as a family room. Not a traditional living room and I just like old movie posters. :+1: :sunglasses:

Vintage stereo gear I modeled up for use in renders. Used it in the last image I posted. Again the challenge is to get enough detail to look good but not too much. :sunglasses:
