Getting there. but i can’t seem to add thickness to this end cap to put on the end of the tube. i want it a m think, will then scale it down to its real size for printing. also need to add some lamp holes and a cable hole.
Well actually No, pure English advertising fantasy. We never called it Castlemaine and it wasn’t a particularly popular beer.
Now if you’d asked why it was called xxxx I might have agreed that it was because most of us can’t spell bur, bear, beer!
The point of working in metres is you don’t have to scale down when finished. .stl are unitless, so if you export as Model Units when opened in your slicer it should be seen as mm.
i suspected it was just playing to our imagination of what ausies are really like lol im at the stage now of about to print a prototype. is it possiblt to easily add a hole for the cable in the circle? it doesn seems so unless i go back in time and redo some stuff…

Yes, it will no doubt be quite simple, but .you’ll have to wait for someone who can download your model.
edit - offset - push/pull
Your gif shows what looks like a double circle on the outer edge, perhaps circles off axis.
there actually are 3 circles
one is easily deletable as it’s exceeding the cylinder diameter but the two others created voids
ouch, thats probably not a good thing,… its printing now, will see what come sout lol
here is a fixed version :

Good day,
Perhaps this is what you have in mind.
The main tube is 45cm Dia. The hole sizes and cover sleeve are for example.
