Trying to Contribute to SketchUp Labs... 'Server Error'

I’ve been trying to contribute to SU Labs for a few days, now, but every time I send in a contribution, I get the following:

Serv.Err
Serv.Err2214×976 87.6 KB

I’ve tried several different browsers, turned my VPN off… nothing makes any difference. I’ve also got no idea how to contact Centercode Support… any ideas..???

I’ve looped in Centercode support on this. Doug (from their team) is asking for a bit more context: what specifically were you trying to do when it happened (submit an issue, survey…)?

If you can grab a screen capture that includes the URL, that would be a huge help. It’ll let us see if there are any errors hidden in the link.

I get the ‘Server Error’ message when I press ‘Submit’, trying to report a bug..

No worries, Michael. Thanks for following up. Our friend Doug at Centercode has let me know that they were able to get the error log related to this and have a filed a ticket for you!
