Trying all morning to get into the subscription account. Each time I launch SUP, it opens the browser window, but does not include the login boxes. There’s no way to open the software. Losing work time for several hours now.
The login fields on the right can be blocked by ad blockers. See if you have something like turned on. Either turn it off, or change the settings to allow sketchup.com and trimble.com.
I tried that, no change.
Could you try using Chrome instead of Safari, or vice versa?
OK, thank you. I opened Safari instead and was able to see the login, and I am in now. I kept going over settings and passwords in Chrome, but nothing I attempted worked. If I have to sign in through Safari, I can do that.
I’m not sure what it will turn out to be, but some extension or other is still running in Chrome. I often have to sign in with Chrome, and it seems to work ok.
