Anyone that can help me with this one? We have a project in Trimble connect and this sketchupfile wont work, i cant understand why. It only says “conversion in progress” The file contains only a few pipes and is really basic.

Hi all,
Note that the Trimble connect conversion does not start until you open the model viewer in Trimble Connect, so if you go back later you should see that it is complete.
If you do see delays in the conversion process, there is a forum at https://networkcommunity.trimble.com/connect-for-browser-462 where some of the TC employees are present and may be able to help.
Note that before conversion is completed you can open the model in SketchUp by going to the data explorer, selecting the file, and using the “Edit in SketchUp” link in the popup:
