What version of SketchUp are you using? Please complete your forum profile. Can you access the 3D Warehouse directly through your internet browser?

Hi DaveR, I’m using SketchUp Pro 2020 (version 20.2.171). I’ve just tried and it does allow me to log in via my browser (Chrome) but not from within SketchUp. Thank you
