Hi there, I got my 7 day trial version for sketchup 26 but nothing works. After reinstalling sketchup 26 various times, my sketchup page stays blank with toolbars on the sides but nothing works. Even AI assistant and helpdesk cannot resolve the problem. Could anyone explain me what is wrong? Thank you and Kind regards Marianne
What do you mean? Are you trying to use the website version of sketchup?
Did you install it properly, that means right clicking on the installer and run as administrator.
could you give us a screenshot maybe ? of your whole screen ?
