Will hand-drawn lines created in Style Builder in Sketchup Pro 2024 still be available as styles after upgrading to SketchUp 2026?

you can either
copy your styles folder (in AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2025\SketchUp\Styles) if that’s where they are saved, into the 2026 equivalent,
drag a .style file into your style panel
open a skp file that already contains those styles
